1. ORDERING - To place your order you must send us email from the contact form (page) stating the code of the jewelry selected with your name and address that you want it to be mailed. Also write the way you prefer to do the payment (see below).
Please note that P.O boxes, hotels, and temporary accommodation addresses are not acceptable.

2. PAYMENT - Payment will have to be paid in advance via :

If you don't have a Paypal account you can still choose this method of payment. After receiving our conformation email of your order you will receive an email from Paypal and instructions on how to pay (via Paypal secure website).

3. PRICING - The prices are final incl. VAT (24%).
4. ORDERING OUTSIDE EUROPEAN UNION - All items entering a country outside European Union are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with the country’s national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.
2. POSTAGE - Shipping costs:
Normal shipping times to Greece are 1-2 days, 3-5 days to Europe and north America and 1-2 weeks for the rest of the world. We can take no responsibility for delays caused during shipping. All international packages are sent by airmail post.
3. RETURNS AND REFUNDS - Hope you'll be satisfied and love our jewelry. If you are unsatisfied in any way with your order we will gladly accept your return for a exchange for another item, or provide refund. In case you received a damaged item we will replace it at no cost to you. Return for any other reason note that you will pay the delivery cost of the return to “metallagi”and re-delivery to you.
In order to receive a refund:
a) item(s) must be send in ten (14) days from the day you received our order
b) item(s) must be unused, in it's original state, package, including original receipt ( you may copy the receipt for your records).
Once your return is received your refund will be made within seven (7) days. Note that your financial institution may not post the refund to your account immediately.

1. CLEANING JEWELRY - To avoid use of chemicals we would suggest cleaning our jewelry with baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) . Simply rub with soda on the surface of the jewelry with your fingers and after rinse it with water so soda goes away. Water can leave stains on the surface of the jewelry so dry it with a paper.
The oxidised parts don’t need to be cleaned.
2. REPAIRS - Repair at our jewelry can be made. Please send it to us and we will do the repair. Please contact us by email in advance. We will send you a cost estimate if required. Usually its not required.
We are interested our jewelry that you purchased from us will be worn and enjoyed.
3. METALS - All metals we use we buy them in there pure form and we make the alloys without any contaminants of nickel or any other allergen.
Alloys we use are: Sterling silver (925/1000) - Gold 18k (750/1000).
